Join us for our weekly Active Aging Fitness classes. In these 45-minute classes we will focus on improving balance, improving hand/eye coordination, strengthening the body and enhancing your lifestyle! Class instruction can be modified to meet your level of comfort. This class will have a combination of chair exerciese and standing exercises for additional core and blance strengthening. There's a place for everyone! Tennis shoes are required. These classes are tailored for participants aged 50 and up. Join these classes to improve your day-to-day life and continue doing the things you love.
