Join us for our weekly Senior Fitness classes! In these 45-minute classes we will focus on imporving balance, imporving hand/eye coordination, strengthening the body and enhancing your lifestyle! Class instruction can be modified to meet your level of comfort. This class will have a combination of chair exerciese and standing exercises for additional core and blance strengthening. There's a place for everyone! Tennis shoes are required. These classes are tailored for participants aged 55 and up. Join these classes to improve your day-to-day life along with your physical/mental health.
