Join this supportive group to ease into a more active lifestyle. This club offers an 8-week structured curriculum that will assist yo in small transitions between walking, jogging and eventual running. Participants can expect interval style training designed to prepare your mind and body for participation in future 5K events. This fall clubl is strategically offered in advance of the Pulaski County Gobble & Wobble 5K, a Thanksgiving Day event offered shortly after the close of Fall clubs. Join our Parks and Rec leader Rachel Parker for a weekly club activity at Randolph Park on Wednesdays. Virtual Instruction and support will be offered in addition to weekly check-ins. Youth, Adults and Seniors are encouraged to participate. Youth under age 16 must be supervised by an adult. No previous running experience is required - this club is for everyone.
