Welcome to the Latin Heat Dance Party. It's cold out, but Zumba is bringing the heat! Lower body work is the focus this winter. Join the dance party every Monday and Wednesday. Classes are led by Master Zumba instructors, Andrea Greene and Valerie D'Intino. Be prepared to get your body in gear at the best dance party in the New River Valley. Comfortable clothing and supportive shoes are suggested. All mobility and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to register today.
The registration fee covers your complete cost for 16 sessions during our 8-week season. That's only - $3.00 per class!
